We are a 500 acre manufactured home golfing community located three miles east of Lakeland, FL. Within our gated development you will find a 22,000 square foot clubhouse which houses a 427 seat ballroom. In addition we have a restaurant and lounge, barber shop and beauty salon, bank branch, arts and crafts room, gift shop, library, billard room. fitness center and a full service golf pro shop. The men's and women's locker rooms each have a sauna.
For outside activities you will find 2 swimming pools, a whirlpool, eight lighted and covered shuffelboard courts, three horseshoe pits and two lighted tennis courts, one that is lined for pickleball. We are especially proud of our 18 hole championship golf course which is used annually by the LPGA as a qualifing course for the Futures Tour.
